Don't become an AI & automation expert. Do this instead

Hey Reader,

Entrepreneurs don't need more AI trainings and courses.

You need help implementing AI into their business the right way.

You are busy. You don't have the time to learn everything, and then figure out how to implement it.

You want to take quick action and get AI running in your business right now.

But you are not technical, so you can't integrate it.

You are still stuck at prompting ChatGPT back and forth (with mixed or good results), and using all kinds of AI tools with fancy interfaces and high monthly subscription costs.

That's the main thing I've learned this week, thanks to more than 15 entrepreneurs who took at least 30 minutes out of their days to take a look at The Paladin Guild's page and gave their immensely valuable feedback. Thank you so much for all of you!

So, what I've learned is you want to implement AI now, lectures later (or never).

To solve that problem, I have a new offer for you.

I've iterated the website more than 7 times this week, and I think we really nailed it, but you decide.

It's for you if you are a solopreneur or small business owner who doesn't want to become an AI & automation expert.

It's a new community offer centered around implementation support and not education.

What we do there is:

  • I do a one-on-one onboarding call (with founding members only) to diagnose your business' bottlenecks and find at least 3 $10k/yr AI opportunities.

Then each week:

  • You pick one of my AI templates that fits that opportunity
  • You integrate it into your business with my DM, Loom or Zoom support (Zoom only for founding members for a limited time)
  • You get results — AI saving you time or making you money.
  • Repeat next week

So, if you want AI actually running in your small business in less than 90 days, without taking a 20 hour course first, check out The Paladin Guild.

And an important point about scarcity:

The 20 spots limit is not fake. I want to make sure I have enough attention to help everyone, and not be overwhelmed with one-on-one calls. I can onboard 20 people, but not more.

So to get in, you need to Apply, answer a few questions, and if you are a good fit, I'll send you a signup link as soon as the Paladin Guild is open.

I'll reach out to the first 20 people who applied, and we already have 18 people on the waitlist! (big jump from 8 on Sunday!)

Assuming a 20% conversion, there is still a high chance that you can get in if you are a good fit, but you should apply now to secure your spot!

Click here to see what The Paladin Guild is about and how we will get AI running in your business in less than 90 days.

And if you have any questions, feel free to shoot me an email here, if you can't find it in the FAQ section.

Thanks, talk soon!

Dave

P.S: I mapped 138 workflows solopreneurs & small business owners do. I already made AI templates for 15 of them, with more coming soon. In The Paladin Guild, I'll give these to you and help you implement them in your business even if you are not technical, and without having to watch long courses first. Implementation now, lectures later (or never).

Hey Reader, If you're familiar with the Lean Startup, you know that Learning is the most important thing in business. Among other things, you need to Learn whether there is demand for your offer. You don't really know what your audience wants until you put it in front of them. And the gap between "I have an idea for a new program" and "I have a thing my audience can actually buy" is where ideas go to die. That's where you can procrastinate, doubt yourself or overthink. (I know because I do.)...

Hey Reader, If you're still collecting prompts, you're living in 2024. Most people do this when they get serious about AI: They realize that in order to save time, they should be saving their best prompts somewhere. In a word document, in Notion, in a folder, etc. And the idea is not bad, but there's a better way in 2026. You don't hire someone by retyping or pasting their job description into every conversation. You hire them once, train them, and from then on they just know and improve from...

Hey Reader, As an entrepreneur, you either: Delegate a task Delete a task, or Do it yourself If you want to delegate it, you need to hire someone or something. You can hire: Human(s) AI(s) System(s) In my previous email, I've talked about how the length of tasks an AI can handle is rapidly increasing. But does that allow us to actually hire them and delegate full workflows? Well, the answer is yes and no. No, because when you hire a human to do something, you not only delegate the task...
