  • You'll have a consistent prompting protocol, and you'll get the outputs you want from an AI.

2/ AI SOPs

  • Then we will systemize this prompting protocol for you, so you don't have to write them all the time.
  • You'll have AI assistants highly trained for each workflow you have. Copywriting, Market Research, Appointment Setting, etc. you name it.
  • Your AIs will work in a repeatable and predictable manner. Like a reliable system you can count on.

3/ AI Tools for Roles

  • After you nail chatbots and have a system for using AI, we will venture into other AI tools like video editing, voice transcription or project management.
  • You'll know exactly when to use a tool beyond ChatGPT et al., because you'll finally understand the AI landscape.
  • These are specialist AIs highly trained to assist in a small segment of your business.

4/ Automated AI Workflows

  • For linear workflows, we can automate them to run in the background, and only see their outputs
  • e.g, "You record a voice memo of content ideas and it instantly gets researched, expanded and added to your Content Notion (or whatever PM system you use)"
  • Setup once without any code, and save time every day after that. As AI models get better, your automations get better too

5/ AI Agents without coding

  • For non-linear workflows, we can teach an AI agent to do it.
  • The AI agent has a goal, like "handle support tickets" and we give it a few options to do: answer from FAQ, handle refunds or escalate to human, for example.
  • The AI decides what to do and handles complex workflows.
